If you have been refused an AVE (or are not eligible), you will need to apply for a visa at the nearest Canadian embassy or consulate. It's very restrictive, but this step is compulsory if you don't want any problems when you arrive in Canada.<\/p>\n
You can also apply to the Federal Court of Canada to review the decision on your EV application. A lawyer must apply for judicial review on your behalf.<\/p>\n
If you are still trying to travel, you will not be able to travel to Canada. We recommend that you submit a new EV application only after you have taken steps to correct the reason why the original application was rejected.<\/p>\n
