Moroccan citizens can now travel to Canada with a simple electronic travel authorisation. This new measure was announced recently by Sean FraserCanada's Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship.
Canada has extended its list of countries whose nationals can enter the country without a visa. This list now includes Morocco as well as Panama, Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Argentina, Seychelles, Thailand and Philippines.
We're adding 13 countries to the electronic travel authorization (eTA) program:

These nationalities, who normally require a visa, can apply for an eTA (or AVE) if they hold a visa. Valid US non-immigrant visa or have held a Canadian visa in the last ten years when arriving by air. They can only enter Canada by land or sea if they are in possession of a valid visa.
L'Electronic Travel Authorisation (AVE) is a facility offered to travellers from visa-exempt countries or who have (or have had) a US or Canadian visa, allowing them to enter Canada by obtaining an electronic pre-authorisation, which is linked to their passport. This arrangement significantly reduces the administrative burden for the individuals concerned and strengthens relations between Canada and these nations.
To be eligible for the EVA, citizens of eligible countries must meet certain conditions. requirements They must have a valid passport and intend to travel to Canada by air. In addition, their stay in Canada must not exceed six months and must be for tourism, business or visiting family members. Finally, they must be able to show that they are in good health and have no criminal record.
